ENnies voting (for The Bloom) and soundtracks for our adventures
The Bloom got nominated for Best Adventure - Long Form, every good adventure deserves a soundtrack.
Hey all!
If you haven’t heard by now, The Bloom was nominated for an ENnie for Best Adventure - Long Form.
While there are very many rightful critiques about awards, and the ENnies specifically, it's not often that smaller games get this kind of recognition and it is a nice affirmation for all the work put into the module. And if it gets more eyes on The Bloom, and Liminal Horror community on a whole, then all the better. We put a lot of effort into this one, and it was an important step thematically and stylistically for our team (and created a throughline to our larger modules going forward).
Voting is open now! Voting closes at midnight Eastern on July 21st.

Soundtracks
Anyone who's been following along to Liminal Horror's development knows how influential film and television is on our adventure writing. And as you know, any good film has a fantastic soundtrack to book. These align to the themes and aesthetics of the work it accompanies.
Each soundtrack is made specifically for the module, and would be what would play alongside the film adaptations. I like to view each module like it’s own mini-series, with aethetic and stylistic differences (but with a thematic throughline through each of them).
